I think that I placed this in the wrong section so I don't know if it will be picked up so I'll ask the question again. I have a X5 H-14 putter that I think is not assembled correct. All of my putts seems to drift to the left. I tried my other SC putters without any issues, therefore, I'm thinking that there is problem with the knuckle the way it's inserted into the shaft and head, I don't think it's at the proper angle. Can I send my putter for repair or do I have to go through my dealer. I live 2 hours away from them and would really like to just send it in, plus the fact that I didn't buy it from him. I appreciate any correspondence. Walt
  2. I would send it in to the SC Custom Shop and have them examine it.  That is the only place you can get proper examination of SC Putters IMHO.  Plus, while it is there you may consider picking up a new headcover and/or adding a new stamp for fun!

They do a great job and have reasonably fast turnaround times given the volume of putters they see on a regular basis!

    Good Luck!

Do you live in southern California? I would suggest going to the Scotty Cameron gallery in Encinitas, Ca. They should be able to help you. They do fittings there.

I talked to Titleist and they are going to let me send the putter back without going through their dealer system which is great. Thanks for all of the reply's and suggestions. By the way, this putter will be getting some attention (custom) once I have the knuckle issue sorted out.
  5. I have a Futura long and a Kombi long putters that where shorten from 48 inches to 38 inches.
I will like to go back to 48 inches.
Where should I send to change shafts and the cost of repair ?
