Kevin the strongest arc or putter with the most toe flow as I think you are asking is the Napa or Del Mar historically.  The current 2015 Golo 3 is like the Del Mar with lots of toe flow.  You can tell how much toe flow is with your current putter by placing the head about 6" off the edge of a table and see if the toe of the putter points towards the floor or is even with the table top.  The more it points towards the floor the stronger the toe flow, the higher up towards the table top it points the less toe flow and thus better for Straight Back Straight Through strokes.  This is a starting point, of course all this is personal and subjective so experiment and find out what works for you!
