    Hello all,

    I'm looking to compare the Futura X and the Futura X5. Has anyone hit both? Besides the obvious appearance difference does one perform better for different style strokes than another? Is the weighting different? I have had a brief opportunity to hit both side by side, but I wanted to see if anyone had any comparisons.

    I have hit both putters and both feel great! However, I personally could not get over the look of the Futura X at address. I prefer the look of the Futura X5. Both offer good forgiveness on slight toe or heel hits. The Futura X was probably more forgiving, but harder for me to line up. I believe both are face balanced so they would suit a straighter swing path. Good luck in your decision. You can't go wrong with a Scotty Cameron putter!

    I can't comment on the Futura X as I have only hit it once a fair while ago. However I have recently purchased the Futura X5 and it is the best putter I have ever used it seems like you can't miss from inside 5 feet and just feels awesome in your hands and the weight is perfect and note that I used to use a Newport 2.
