Difference is in the face material. Golo's will feel softer by nature of the material. Other than that, it will be down to what feels right and what you prefer to look at when addressing the ball. The toe flow may be different for each model even if they have similar looking offsets.

Keep in mind that having a toe flow that is in line with your swing arc is not necessary the one that will feel right to you so its best to try them out side by side and get fitted. Also, its a good idea to putt the ball model that you prefer, since most big box store will have some kind of cheap distance ball that will feel really hard off the face. Something to think about so you dont end up getting something that feels too soft, where you do not get enough of the feedback at impact.

    Hi John,

Thank you for the question. I've recently made the switch to a Golo 5 dual balance and I absolutely love it! I know you're asking about the Select Squareback - I was looking at this one too but bit the bullet with the Golo 5. The Squareback has near minimum toe meaning that it is very well face balanced. Check out Scotty Cameron's website and click on "putter selection guide". This helped me decide which putter would help with my putting style. Look and feel for me is very important and that is one of the reasons I leaned towards Golo 5.  (and I'm left handed) The dual balance grip was a no brainer - it would help with a more natural flowing stroke. Putting has always been a strength in my game but this has taken it to the next level and I'm never looking back.

    Hope this helps!

john, its not so much the dual balance grip, but the 50 gm weight under the dual balance grip that makes it a counter balance putter. The grip usually does NOT come with the weight, you've got to get that separately.
