    Hi All

So it's been a while since I bought a new putter so I think it's time to take the plunge again...!!!

I'm currently using a Newport Notchback but it's fallen out of favour a little, especially on the shorter distances!!! I have another brand which is a big ugly mallet - feel is terrible and looks are worse but it does work from 12 feet in.

So my thinking is to get something more mallet like from Scotty. I have been on a SAM putting lab and I do have a very slight arc to my stroke - not a strong arc but very slight.

I like the Futura range and the GoLo but I don't know which of those would suit a slight arc.

any users of these or feedback on them much appreciated.

With a slight arc you might want to consider a Scotty with minimal or near minimal toe flow. The enclosed URL is a great resource, but I haven't been able to find and updated version.

    Thanks Barry.

I like the look of the futura 5 and the GoLo 5r....so I'm between those two at the moment. From
Speaking to some people the golo5r seems to be the better fit for a slight arc.

Futura is going to be more set up for a straight back straight thru stroke.

You may want to check out one of the Newport models for your stroke. Or if you like the Golo models check out the 6, or the 5 that you mentioned you like.

I have a very slight arc, close to even a straight back straight through stroke and I love the Futura X model. It may look funny but man, it just goes where you aim it! You pick the right line and it hits it there. Putting is all about confidence right! I've only played two rounds with it since I got it on Xmas but I had 28 putts the first round and 26 the second.
