Converting a Golo Select Belly Putter

    Hey TT Gang! I have a Golo Select Belly Putter, can I cut it down and put on a dual balance grip? Just wondering if anyone has done this, and what were the results?!

    You could, they have the same shafts the only thing you are potentially missing depending on your setup preference is the 50gram weight for the top of the shaft.

    I sent mine into Scotty's Custom Shop for the conversion. They installed the weight, the grip and checked out all the specs for me. I love the results.

    I just purchased a used Mid Golo 43" putter. I am looking at cutting down to 36.5" - 37". I also purchased the Super Stroke XL grip with the 50g counterweight. I'm a little concerned about the actual head weight being a little lite when compared to the DB putters??? Would I need to add 20g weights in lieu of the stock 10g's to balance out the putter?
