Modifying a Pro Platinum Putter

    I have a spare off the rack Newport Two Pro Platinum that I plan on modifying with a tour dot and some red paint fill. Any suggestions on how to make the dot? Dremel tool?

    Also, what kind of paint (brand, color name, etc.) closely resembles the red used by Scotty?

    I would NOT do it myself...if you do you void any potential for future certified resale or future SC Custom Shop work.

    I would have SC Custom Shop do it, that is the only way to maintain your investment IMHO.

    don't do it, what's the point, you're only going to reduce the value of the putter, I don't think the SC Studio will do that sort of work, as it counterfeiting one of their products giving it the appearance of a tour putter when its not
