    Hi Team Titleist - 

    For all our lefty friends out there, the 2016 Scotty Cameron Select Newport 2 lefty. 

    This legendary, low-slung performer with its boxy, green- hugging profile has quietly become the most renowned of all putter shapes. That said, Scotty is always pushing the bounds of technology, this time around maximizing performance by introducing a new, high-tech, multi-material setup.

    As a result of actually going through a fitting, I moved from a Futura-X to a Newport 2. My first blade, I've always had a mallet. Before getting the Scotty I compared that to the competition. No comparison on how smoothly Titleist balls come off the face of the Scotty. I've developed a good feel for distance already and have moved from 38 to closer to 34 putts per round. 3 putts are rare and often the second putt is a kick-in. As a LH putter, I've worried the selection may not match my need, but the Newport-2 is working like a charm.
