I have a studio select Newport 2.7. I keep changing, but always come back to this putter. It was originally 35” with 10 gram weights. I cut it down to 33”. I found some aftermarket 20 gram weights to accommodate the shorter length, but, I want authentic Cameron weights. The weights you can buy from the Cameron website apparently don’t fit. How can I get some originals?

T.D.P. you can order from scottycameron.com, that's the only way to be sure you have authentic weights!!! However, due to the pandemic they are shut down (you would have to send your putter to them - see customize link on the website).
  3. Not true, on the Scottycameron.com website they offer both styles of weights and offer hints as to which putters they will fit. They are sold in sets of three with a tool.

Otherwise, you need to send back in your putter to the SC Custom Shop and they will sell you new ones....

Chris92009, thanks for the correction! II was looking at the accessories section and didn't think to look under CAMERON CREATIONS.
  5. Ah you must be talking about the smaller thread weights of the older ones...I ran into this problem as the newer ones have the larger threads and won’t work. I went to eBay to look but the options were very plain compared to the newer style.

Great information. I didn't know the threads were different in older models.
