I was just there this past weekend. Essentially, they have gear in the windows and they're numbered. They'll give you a sheet that you can mark what you want on the sheet by looking at the windows, and then give to the clerk. They'll pull your order, process payment, and off you go. Everything is labeled or numbered so you know what you're looking for. They do regripping and can do some shaft work but most everything else is still shut down, including private fittings.

I did the "window shopping" experience when I was there earlier this year. Basically, all the items that are available for purchase will have a sample on display. There will be an order form which you need complete and then give to the sales person. The sales team will gather the items based on what you requested on the form...and that's pretty much it.

On a side note, my spouse ordered a new Matador style grip and they did the installation while we waited. I was surprised with the service, and they didn't charge to install the grip. I believe if you have an appointment, they will let you into the gallery.

When do you fill out a form? Is this pre arrival or when you're window shopping? It's all confusing to me.
