Most of you at the event at Streamsong saw me with a non Scotty putter this year. I had had some issues with my Special Select Newport 2 and we kinda went thru divorce proceedings. I traded in a couple of Select Newport 2 Notchback for the new Png PLD Milled Faced Matted Anser. Oh, I thought I had found heaven. At first I loved it and the more I played with it, which was about two months, the we became estranged. My iron striking after coming back from Streamsong has improved but the PLD and I since departed as friends. My 2020 Special Select Newport 2 went back in the bag yesterday and the results were most impressive. A number of one putts from medium to average lengths I have been missing from. Hmmmmm, said to myself; welcome back you sweet Scotty Cameron. The touch, the feel the alignment is back. When I got home put her back in my profile and their she will stay. So those doubters who saw that little black putter in FL, can no longer doubt old Chuck. The PLD is a solid putter, but the SC is getting me my results. Hakuna matata. =)
