Worth it? All hype? If you have one in your Scotty, which particular shaft do you have?

As a mid-handicapper golfer, I use the stock shafts. Getting the mass and path to fit my swing is my primary goal for a putter. Doubtful that the shaft is of more of an effect than speed control and green reading.

If a stability shaft provides confidence in the club used for more strokes, then go for it. Many tell me I can get by with a 2 piece ionomer ball. Just don’t try to take away my X.

Just saw a Stability shaft in a wedge at the TT Victoria National event. First time I'd seen it in a club other than putter.

They make a different designed shaft for wedges.

I have a stability tour on a special select newport. I also have a stock jet set newport to compare , both are 35”. The stability shaft makes the impact feel much softer, but outside of that I don’t notice much difference.

I have no issue 3 putting with either.

I updated my tar driver to a counter balanced shaft at a titleist fitting. Definitely worth it. So if the stability shaft works go to a fitting and give it a try. The rep will guide you to ensure it is the best.
  10. Just put one in my super select, putting at home feels nice, gotta get out for more testing
