The new super select putters do not have a TITLEIST stamp anywhere on the head and the grip no longer had the Golfpride stamp. First time I have ever seen this. Any thoughts of why

  2. You can send it in to the Scotty Cameron Custom Shop to get some stamps of different varieties if you like. As far as Titleist goes I believe it has to do with the branding of Scotty Cameron putters with their new leadership and branding efforts. IMHO

No idea, but the new Phantom lineup doesn't have Titleist stamping anywhere either.

I think that's pretty cool actually, all scotty.

From a business standpoint I think it allows SC to operate as it's own entity and to define it's own image under the Acushnet umbrella. I think this is great. Toulon / Odyssey Putters do the same thing. Not a single cally branding on any of the heads or covers.

Could always get the Titleist grip on there if you care that much.

Going to send in my Phantom 5.5 for custom paint and stamping. Has anyone put extra "asks" in the notes section that weren't available on the form and had any luck get it done. For example, there was no option for the 'Made in America" to be paint filled. Also I was hoping to get a random stamp on the face of the 5.5. Thanks!

    Hi Dino,

In the past the custom shop was pretty strict on what they will do to your putter. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

    Good luck.
