Why are the weights a round shape?

    Does anyone know what other shapes were tried and then discarded and why they were discarded?

    Always thought a half moon or L shaped weight would help to provide edge and centre mass more than a circle.

    They tried square ones, but they couldn't get them screwed in.

    SC has not experimented with any other shape than round....he has experimented with the number of holes for the wrench from 5. to 6 ..... I have both styles of weights...the 6 holes were on the CT DELUXE Weights compared to std weights and CT weights.
