  1. Does Titleist build the Scotty Cameron 2023 Super Select Newport putters (w/stock specifications) to a specific target swingweight? Just wondering what swingweight to expect if I order the following putter from Titleist.com...

    2023 Super Select Newport Stock shaft: Steel Stock grip: 2023 Pistolini Plus Texturized (80g) Length: 34" (Std. lengths 33", 34", 35") Weights: 2x35g (Std. weights 33" 2x40g, 34" 2x35g, 35" 2x30g) Std. loft: 3.5° Std. lie: 70°

    Thanks!

  2. Most times the swingweight historically on OTR SC Putters is between D6-D9 however in recent years he is raised it slightly....

As you know by changing the sole weights you can adjust the swingweight or if you need it lightened and are already at 5 gram weights you can add weight to the butt section of the grip like on superstroke putter grips...(just a few thoughts so you can dial in your custom swingweight if it is important to you).

I keep a box of various sole weights just for that reason from over the years.

    Cheers

Great advice. I also have a number of sole weights in the event I need to make adjustments to my Newports.
