Tracking an Order

    I have recently made an order through Titleist and would like to track my order.  I have an order number but don't see anyway I can track my shipment online.  Is there a way to track shipments online with my order number or do I need to call Titleist directly?

    Hi Adam, If you have an account, and don't have EB2B, you can sign up for it and you will be able to place orders as well as check on orders, and track them.  Give us a call and we can walk you through it.  If you don't have an account, contact the pro shop that placed the order and ask them for the tracking number.

    Hi, i placed an order for LH Ap2 through my local golf galaxy, i have the receipt with two order numbers, one a customer order number and the other a special web order number but they do not show up on your tracking, im wondering how i can check on the status of my irons, thanks.

    I ordered a left handed U510 1 iron back on November 4th through Dick's sporting goods. The order number on my receipt doesn't work in the Titleist order tracker. Is everything running slower due to covid and the holidays? Or should have my singular club with no special modifications been here by now?

    You will need to follow up with Dick's Sporting Goods on your order. The order on your receipt will not work on the order tracking page on Titleist.com. This is for orders made on Titleist.com not orders through a retailer.
