When on the course it isn't hard to get hungry. What's your favorite on course snack?

I am never that hungry when I play but I do carry some energy bars in my bag to munch on just in case I do get hungry...

I enjoy the basics: Banana, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and maybe a blueberry Clif Bar if I need a boost.

I change it up quite a bit but they're usually either a banana, apple, grapes for fruits or any type of granola bars.

Always have some Nature's Bakery Fig bars in the bag. Blueberry and Raspberry are my faves. Sometimes I keep a PB & J handy too.

Drink Powerade zero mixed with water throughout the round and when hungry, eat a pack of lance cheese/cheese crackers. I always eat a small breakfast before I play. Vitamins, yogurt, orange juice and cup of coffee. We tee off at 8am. Might grab something when finished but normally eat at home after the round. Do not drink sodas or alcohol when I play golf. =)

Bananas, those little squeeze peanut butter packs froms Justin's. So good. Usually have a few Amazing Grass Greens superfood packets in the bag at all times. After a few beers well thats a different story... we try to forget about those snacks... frozen snickers etc... haha
  15. Beef jerky. A good source of energy. Plus since I play most of my golf with my son, who is allergic to peanuts, it's a safe snack that we can share.

I keep some peanut butter cliff bars in my bag in case I get hungry. I will bring a bannana with me every once in a while.

Beef Jerky and mixed nuts for me.
  18. Big on the trail mix and beef jerky! Also a rally dog at the turn never hurt anybody ;)
