I'm torn between the classic colors of Titleist bags, shoes, balls and accessories and the new colorful creative items of the competition. Anyone have an opinion?

  2. Workmanship and classic, never go out of style.

Personally I would go with the classic manufacturing company. It never goes out. Acushnet brands fit the bill and the history of Titleist is an interesting story. www.titleist.com/.../titleist-story

The principal brands operated by Acushnet are Titleist, best known for balls and clubs; FootJoy, an apparel brand with particular focus on shoes and gloves; Scotty Cameron, a leading putter brand; Vokey Design, a leading brand of wedge; Union Green, a golf ball and accessory brand marketed to casual players; and Pinnacle, a brand of distance ball.

Go with whatever style and color you like. You're the one who has to wear it, carry it, or hit it. The only opinion that matters is yours.

I'm torn between the 2 styles also, I have 2 classic bags(black white and red) and last year got the blue on blue bag and switch between them depending on my mood.

There's really nothing to be "torn" about. Like another poster mentioned, a lot depends on your willingness to spend the money to get what you want.

In the rare instance that Titleist doesn't offer the colorway or style that fits your eye, I don't believe anyone here will object if buy something from the "dark side."

Torn about the classics or the creatives??? Really??? There are so many more important things to be "torn" about. Let me educate you by giving you some examples.
    1. ProV1 or ProV1x?
    2. TSI2 or TSI3?
    3. Stock or custom shaft?
    4. Par 5 lay up or go for it?
    5. Spikes or spikeless?
    6. The wedge grind conundrum?

Not a big fan of advertising to the public WITB.
