Many dreams were realized this week in the Napa Valley, as the newest crop of PGA TOUR rookies made its debut at the Fortinet Championship, the first tournament of the 2022-23 PGA TOUR season.

We’ve been on-site this week in Silverado catching up with all of the Team Titleist members who earned their TOUR cards, and look forward to introducing them to you in the weeks and months to come. But first, let’s take a look back at the road that led them all to Napa. When the final putt dropped two weeks ago at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship, Team Titleist was well represented. A total of 21 of the 25 KFT Finals grads trusted a Titleist golf ball – in addition to the tournament champion, longtime Titleist golf ball loyalist Justin Suh.

Suh, who had already locked up his PGA TOUR card through the regular season points list, saved his best for last at the Korn Ferry finale. Playing his Pro V1 Left Dot golf ball, he posted a closing 4-under 68 to win by two shots and capture his first Korn Ferry Tour title.

“Over the years, the Pro V1’s have been the most consistent,” Suh said. “For me, I can trust it. I know it’s always going to be the same performing ball. It’s the one I have the most confidence in going into a tournament.”

Suh, along with his newfound 2022-23 PGA Tour playing privileges, also took home the top spot in the Korn Ferry’s season-long points race, earning him spots in the 2023 Players Championship and U.S. Open.

“It comes down to spin and hitting the numbers,” said Suh. “I’m aggressive to the spots that we pick, and it’s served me well. If I execute and hit the shot I can be fully confident it’ll hit the number.”

And of the 50 combined players who earned their cards through the Korn Ferry Tour regular season and finals, 41 trusted a Titleist golf ball. Titleist was also the most played driver, iron, wedge and putter among the group.

This list includes 13 brand ambassadors: Zecheng Dou, Ben Taylor, Byeong Hun An, Tyson Alexander, Trevor Cone, Vincent Norrman, and Anders Albertson all earned their way to the next stage during the Korn Ferry regular season, while Philip KnowlesJoseph BramlettNick Hardy, Ben Martin, Nicholas Lindheim, and Carson Young moved on in the finals.

Wishing the best of luck to our rookies in addition to all of Team Titleist competing this week in Napa!
