    I tried it briefly, it was ok. I have been using The Stack System for about 7 months and find it to be a much better program.

    I have not tried Super Speed. I got The Stack this year and really like it. I am not necessarily seeing the driving distance the app is predicting; but it has definitely added some distance throughout the bag with a "stock" swing. In the "age" of functional training, I think anything that will directly work the swing muscle chain can always help.

    My big miss is over swinging with my upper body ahead of my lower body. While trying to max swing with the program, my tendency kicks in so my tempo is out of control and the ball can go anywhere.
    I now just warmup with the “80%” swing and gradually increase tempo to maybe “90%”. After several attempts to swing at maximal effort as a training, it can take a couple of rounds to get back in a controlled tempo.
    So it doesn’t work for me, but then again I taught my self for years how to chicken wing by not getting all my weight transfer done. The evil lurks inside and is easily resurrected. It does work for others.

    I would consider training the rest of your body along with the swing speed protocols; if your body isn't ready to take the extra abuse that overspeed training produces you may be setting yourself up for injury.

    Check out Fit For Golf 2.0, they have customizable workout plans based on equipment and your experience level. You will see the best results and progress quicker if you are in good physical condition. I put on 4 mph (105 to 109) in 12 weeks just from the FFG protocols alone.

    Also - Semper Fidelis! 16 August was my 20 year anniversary of stepping on the yellow footprints at MCRD San Diego. 5 years as a 6276 KC-130J Crew Chief. Wish I could do it again!

    I am using the Stack System.

    I like the app and programs the Stack System has for you to work out.

    I haven't used it, but I do use a batch of exercises from TPI along with the FMT bands that they use in their videos. It hasn't really pumped up my distance, but it's more of a workout regimen.

    What I like is that is helps build core strength which as we all know is crucial to golf. Also, after doing it for a while now, I'm not sore after a round of golf.
