Never gotten to play it but I have heard great things about Tiger Point Golf Course.  I would check that out.

Used to live in the fort walTon area for 5 years. Its 45 min from Pensacola, you will find many more courses in that area especially Destin . There are a few really good courses there. I recommend Regata bay,Kelly plantation and the Raven course whic used to bethe site of the Boeing open for the champions tour. As for in pensacola Scenic hills used to be a decent course also check out Hidden creek in Navarre not far from Tiger pointe.hope this helps but for down there its getting close to the time they plug and seed so keep that in mind when selecting a course.
