wife just got on a plane to the Twin Cities at -10 degrees... Notice I said wife and not we!

It was in the 50's down here on the Connecticut shore and the courses in Rhode Island were open this past weekend.  Played 18 on Sunday, not my best round, but it was still great to get out and play.  Now that the snow has melted, I'm hoping to keep playing through the winter, like last year.

Maui in February for me...and I've already packed my bags.  I've had enough of winter...

Just took a short trip to Florida.  It was a little cooler than I expected.  However, I had the courses to myself as nobody wanted to golf in low 50 degree weather.  Win!

Wife and I try to every year take a cruise after the holidays.  Get out of the cleve winter for a week in January and leave the kids with the grandparents.  We may try to play a round at each port this time around.  Otherwise first golf trip in beginning of April to South Carolina.

It's DUMPING snow in New England now.  I can't wait to get outta here!!

Whereabouts in NE are you?  Conditions weren't ideal, but I was able to get out and play in Rhode Island this past Sunday.  I would have stayed closer to home, but Shennecossett in Groton couldn't drain all that rain we received on Saturday.

I'm north of Boston. There's a little Par 3 by me that's got 12 holes open. A couple of buddies of mine are heading to the cape tomorrow. Here's to a mild winter!

Heading to Alabama in a couple weeks to try and play Grand National.  It's been fairly cool down there so I'm hoping for a couple days of decent weather.  Almost anything will be better than Ohio has been the past couple weeks.

From Ohio just got back from Wild Dunes Resort South Carolina for Christmas next stop January 31 Sea Island Georgia for some more golf in the sun not the snow of Ohio.

How's the weather and course conditions in Sea Island in late January?
