I have not played those, but I did play LV National a few years ago when I was out there for a trip.  Great course.  It was reasonably priced and close to the strip.  

Make sure you tee of EARLY.  We teed off at 7:15, by the back nine and the temperature well over 100, my friends started dropping like flies.  Drink plenty of water and when you think you've had enough, keep drinking.

Mmmmm Vegas!  While Bali Hai is a cool track, it's a bit hokey in my opinion, and I don't think it's anywhere near worth the price tag.  The Walters golf properties are lack luster and fairly lame in my personal experience.  I've never played TPC Vegas, but I've played several other TPC's and they're all extraordinary. 

If you're not afraid of a 30 min drive, Piaute is a fantastic facility that won't break the bank.  The clubhouse, range and staff are super impressive with unreal views and conditions.  They have 54 holes I believe, but I've only played the Wolf.  The Wolf course is the toughest and is definitely no joke.  We played there for a bachelor party and had a blast.  The course was a bit tough for the beginners who should have teed it forward.  However, they enjoyed interacting with the friendly cart girl.  The groom (15ish HCP) did just fine.  The layout is superb, and there's a lot of classic Pete Dye design elements.

I've never played in Vegas but I've played with Josh before and he will tell you the truth, trust me...   He knows a good course when he sees one and he's definitely not afraid to tell you the truth..

Paiute Wolf is legit with ole Dye playing tricks.... If money is abundant, Shadow Creek will blow your mind!

My wife had a conference out there a couple of years ago and I tagged along for some golf while she worked.  Ah, the good life.  I didn't play Bali, but I rented a car and made a couple of trips to TPC LV, Paiute and Rio Secco (home of the Butch Harmon school and site of the Wendy's Three Tour challenge).  For you Looney Tunes fans, we saw coyotes and rabbits at TPC, and roadrunners at Paiute.  All three were fun courses, if I were to go back and choose one, I'd go back to Paiute first.  It's the longest drive from the strip, but there are no condos or homes lining the course, just golf and desert.  Some photos:

I would recommend Reflection Bay out at Lake Las Vegas, LV National is junk, Paiute courses are ok but it always seems windy out there. 

Have played TPC Las Vegas and Boulder Creek.  Both amazing and even though TPC was amazing, Boulder Creek was cheaper and ranked higher at the time.  Next time out there I want to play Paiute as I am a big Pete Dye fan of his courses.

You can't go wrong with Piaute!  If you're up for a challenge, play the Wolf.  All the courses are just fine though.  Word of advice- get there early (the range is great) and the greens are a little tricky.  Practice putting will really help you out there.  Also bring sunglasses and sunscreen galore.  It's bright and hot out there.
