I've been on both Turtle Bay and had a great time- loved the courses.
Ko Olina is a fun course, very playable. LPGA & Sr. Hawaiian Tour stop.

I was there in August and played Turtle Bay - Palmer and loved it! Great course that was in great condition. I would avoid Ko 'Olau as it rains there a lot and the course stays water logged. I've heard great things about the Kaneohe Klipper course, even though this is on a Marine Corps base, the public can still make tee times.

Supposedly if you stay at a certain hotel in Waikiki you can play Waialae as both places are owned by the same person. I forget the name of the hotel though, I'm sure you could find it on a google search.

+1 on the Turtle Bay Palmer course - great track just don't expect ocean views. The TB Fazio course has better views but it's design and conditioning leave a lot to be desired.

the hotel is the Sheraton Waikiki, both landowners are the same (KSBE), but the price is steep and the course is a well maintained muni. I'd add Ewa Beach, no range but their twilight price is hard to beat.
