There's frost on the pumpkin now, as we say here in New England. Cool, misty mornings that give way to warm, Indian Summer afternoons. It's a spectacular time to be outdoors and one of the best times of year to play golf. Have the leaves all turned color on the courses you play? Nice pictures

These pictures kinda speak for the next few days of fall. Living on the coast is a dream but I do miss the changing of the leaves, having grown up in Eastern Tennessee at the foothills of the Smokies. This site, Shem Creek is about three minutes from the house on the way to the course. City Sr Am Tournament starts tomorrow and the weather looks very favorable.
