Kathy, look for us, we will be there December 12-17. We play Trails on the 13th, Old Mac on the 14th, BD on the 15th, and Pacific on the 16th. We usually eat on property, more often at the casual McKee's Pub but like to go into town one night for dinner at Edgewater's. We will probably go on Saturday night. Call them for reservations but at low season, they likely will have tables for walk-ins. Lord Bennett's is also supposed to be good but we haven't actually tried it yet. I think you will like both courses, they are extreme opposites as Old Mac is very much open links style and most of the holes on Trails go through the hillside pines. Love all the courses out there. Can't wait until the Sheep Ranch is available next year.

Oh and if you go into town, you have to check out a place called Cranberry Sweets. It's a candy shop that has free samples of almost everything they sell. They close at 5:30PM each day so don't wait too long to get there. The sunsets at Face Rock are pretty spectacular if its one of those partly sunny evenings. Catch the sunset around 4:45PM and then the candy store before it closes. After that, dinner at Edgewater's or Lord Bennett's. Perfect evening after a great morning of golf. Have fun!

Bando Fish Market and Tonys Crab Shack are both good.

And Kathy, see if you can order up some good weather. The current forecast is not looking so great. Might be giving the Gore-Tex rain gear a real workout on this trip.
