I have recently picked up on golf after a fairly long lay off and my gear is dated to say the least, I think it would be best to start replacing what clubs I do have and I have scoured the internet in recent weeks and the new 712 series of irons keep popping up again and again. They look really nice and on looks alone I seem to be leaning towards giving these a go so my question is really which series should I be looking at as a good replacement for my rather old Cleveland TA3's?

My handicap currently is 9 but I like to think I can shoot lower than that, just lacking consistency. I am all for custom fitting as spending that amount of money I want to make sure its right, could anyone perhaps recommend a good fitter in the Huntingdon area of the UK?
