Titleist s83 bag issue

    Just received my Titleist s83 bag which had my name stitched by Titleist. However my bag doesn't have a magnetic ball pocket. The ball pocket is fully zipped . Anyone from Titleist comment on this. My thoughts were the S83 had either a grab handle or flap which you would pull for the ball pocket?

    Hi Wasim,

    The S83 and S82 Staff Bags did indeed feature a quick grab, magnetic lock pocket. However this has now been replaced by a zippered pocket as a rolling change. All inventory of this product in the UK market is now shipping with the zippered pocket.

    Wish I knew earlier otherwise wouldn't have ordered it. Will the 2012 bags have zips or magnetic pockets? I seen them on tour, is there an approx UK release date?

    Hi Wasim,

    The next generation of tour bags have just finished tour validation, so haven't yet been finalised - the aim is to have them seeded on tour for The Masters and available at retail mid-late summer.

    I will try to find out if the accessories pocket has a magnetic flap or zip and let you know.
