Hi Barry,
That must be torture! I've put something in the post to try to cheer you up a bit during your convalescence and until you can get out on the course again!
Can any other members give Barry the benefit of their AP1 experience?
Thanks
- Neil
Fantastic news that you're back on the course Barry and that's some first outing!!! That's the Advanced Performance of AP1 for you!
Good luck for the rest of the season!

Sorry Barry hope your on the mend.
Im being fitted for AP2's tomorrow but i may take the 4 and 5 iron in AP1 as they give a bit of help.
Enjoy them soon hopefully.

I can't offer any insights into the performance of the AP1s, I'm still convincing SWMBO to take our holiday this year at St Ives. I can empathise it must be a killer waiting to try out your new clubs.
Try to keep yourself active and work on your core strength as much as possible so you can really enjoy the clubs when you can get out and use them.
Chin up.

Have been using the new 712 AP1 irons for a few months now I can give you my own feedback , they are by far the best Titleist have made in my opinion, much improved overall feel ,the top line looks much more pleasant to the eye at address position and with the reduced offset it makes the iron a better looking product than 710. For me they are a little longer with the new XP shaft and have included the W wedge as an extra and now leave my Vokey 52 deg at home.
You will not be dissapointed.
