lighter shaft for vokey wedges?

    I play i15 irons with the manufacturer's AWT shaft (99 grams) in regular flex. I would like to buy the Vokey wedges, but the standard shaft is DG  S200 (127 grams). Does anyone have a suggestion for a lighter shaft? Hcp 14.2.

    Hi Allard,

    I have spoken to one of our fitting technicians and he has advised that, from a weight perspective, NS Pro 970 would be a good match.

    Hi Neil,

    Thanks for your quick answer. Would the Dynamic Gold SL also be a good alternative for the Vokeys? There are so many options and I just don't know which shafts work well with the Vokeys.

    Hi Allard,

    DG R300SL would be another good option, but our fitting technician says "My personal opinion is that the 970 might feel a little smoother in the wedges for what Bob Vokey describes as 'those touchy-feely shots'..."
