From our perspective, a longer shaft in the driver would be related to your height. There are manufacturers that produce longer than standard driver shafts as "standard", but this is in pursuit of distance - rather than control and launch characteristics.

However, a longer shaft in your driver isn't necessarily the best thing for you because of your height. As is usual with answers to these sorts of questions, the best thing to do is go to be fitted by your pro, by an authorised Titleist SureFit account or at one of the Titleist National Fitting Centres.
