I've recently switched back to a ProV1 after playing the X for several years. This coincided with a change of golf clubs, where accuracy, particularly in the short game is at a premium. At my old club the course was very exposed and usually I played in windy conditions and the ProV1x suited the conditions perfectly and seemed to be better in the wind.

I now seem to get a lot more feedback and can actually generate more spin with the ProV1 than I could previously, probably because my ball speeed wasn't fast enough. It will be interesting to see how the New ProV1 compares.
