Hi Michael - do you mean to have the paintfill colour changed or touched up in the letters?

    Thanks

    Hi Michael,

We do not offer a re-grooving or re-finishing service on Vokey wedges and the WedgeWorks services are not available to customers outside of the US.

We are looking at extending the range of personalisation on new wedges available in Europe - more stamping options (currently only four characters), shaft choices, shaft bands and grips - during 2013.

I will pass on your comments regarding existing wedges to the product team in Europe, but I'm afraid that currently this is not a service we offer or are looking to extend to during 2013.

Hope the new driver has gone well!

    Best regards

    Hi Niel,

Would I be able to send them to the U.S at a cost to me??

    Regards,

    Michael.

    Hi Michael,

I don't believe that they are set up to process international orders is the issue.

One way around this might be to identify a retailer / pro in the US who would process this for you - i.e. you send it to the pro, they send it to the Vokey Studio, it's returned to the pro and they post it back to you.

A bit complicated, but may be the only way around this currently I am afraid.

    Thanks

I will look into options regarding this. Thank you again for your time on this.

Scotty Cameron receives putters from overseas for customisation and authentication and ships them back using FedEx. I have used the service a number of times and it works great and is fast and reasonably priced. It seems unlikely that Vokey can't mirror Cameron's shipping procedures. The Vokey Store already ships merchandise such as T-shirts and caps, so they can't have an objection in principle to overseas shipping. The requirement to produce a paper order for custom wedges and take the order to a local pro shop is a hassle and the reason I have not bothered to order custom wedges. Presumably this is more to do with retailing restrictions than any technical or shipping impediment.

    Hi Martin,

You are quite right about the refurbishment of Scotty Cameron putters. However, after some further digging, there really hasn't been a demand to date for this service to be extended on wedges outside of the US - the main reason being that shipping would be in the region of two to three times the cost of stamping / polishing.

Yours and Michael's comments have been passed onto the product team in Europe, as we continually monitor the breadth of products and services that we offer.

    Thanks

    Thanks Martin and Niel,

Would it be worth speaking to someone in the UK about it?? All comments / chats are very worthwhile and appreciate your time in this.

    Regards,

    Michael.

    Hi Michael,

I have passed on your comments and details of this thread to the product team, so they are aware of it. However, as I mentioned, we really haven't seen much demand for this service in the UK / Europe - maybe some other Team Titleist members can throw in their opinions?

    Thanks

It would be good if it were possible to get a UK partner to carry out personalisation of Scotty's / Vokeys. I've had a putter refurbed and customised by Scotty's Custom Shop in the past and I'm contemplating another but the postage costs and exchange rate make it an expensive option.

Try Parfix  at http://www.golfclubrepairs.co.uk/. Richard there does infill and stamping of wedges so he might be able to do them and post them back to you.
