    Many thanks for the two sleeves of balls, so pleased to be part of the programme.

    Played several rounds with the black numbered ball and have the following observations compared to the ones I normally play with.

    There appears to be some loss of distance, could be due to using new 913 driver but unlikely. Control from under 100 yards is better with greater spin and so feel confident about hitting to set points on the green. They are not as durable as NXT Tours but playing conditions currently are not ideal.

    I feel that it is inappropriate to comment on putting at the moment as the greens have undergone works and are not rolling truly.

    Overall played good rounds compared to handicap due in no small part to the improved approach element and consequential birdie opportunities.

    I intend to use the red numbered balls for the next few rounds and will report on findings in due course.

    I have purchased a new 913 D2 driver and what a difference straighter and longer.

    Thank you Titleist for the two sleeves of test balls. I received 1 sleeve with black numbers and one with red numbers...

    Black numbers:
    These had an amazing penetrating ball flight. off the tee they were lovely and around the greens they gave had amazing feel.

    Red numbers:
    These had a much higher ball flight but incredible distance. they were still a good feel around the green but the overriding factor was the high long ball flight.

    I play off 10 and shot a round of 73 playing 9 holes with each of these balls. What ever they are MAKE THEM!!!

    HAVE TRIED BOTH RED&BLACK.PREFERED BLACK FOR SHORT GAME&PUTTING LOVELY FEEL OF PUTTER&WEDGES.RED BALL MORE POSITIVE OFF DRIVER.IF YOU COULD MIX THEM TOGETHER IT WOULD BE FANTASTIC BALL.UNTIL THEN I WILL STICK TO A PROV.

    Thank you for the test golf balls, I play  off 21 (age 78). I  couldn't tell the difference between the two but my putting improved

    significantly --during the two games i played with both red and black Balls.

    Then I lost both OOB off  the first tee---Slight slice.

     I  gave two  (one of each) to my son (off 18) He lost both in the first 18 holes--said he hit them out of sight.

    I will  test the other two this week!  -- Let you know.---PB

    PS-The Velocity balls I find Very Good for My age & game.
