new 714 mb custom fit

    Used the 712mb irons with the x100 tour issue for the past two years and loved them, been fitted for the 714mb at the fitting centre and the Kbs C taper stiff+ was recommended, I have had them out on the course for two rounds and find that the flight is very high and they are flying a club and half to two clubs short of the 712m,  any ideas?

    Hi Neil,

    Thanks for your post.  Sorry to hear that the clubs are not performing exactly to your liking at the minute.  Although the flight and control should be a bit different with the 2 models, we would definitely not be expecting a loss of yardage with the new clubs.  If this pattern continues, it would be good to get you back to the Fitting Centre and have the clubs looked at.  If you would like to get this arranged, please let me know and I will set it up.
