    Hi there 

    I had a two hour fit at Celtic Manor  at the back end of last year I have received my two Fairway woods  and after a  wait for my irons due to the fact the shaft wasn't in the UK  i  now have them as well . The whole fitting was exceptional  and I am delighted with the numbers I am getting from them in the early stages . I have since purchased the new Stadry Cart bag which is also fantastic. The only disappointment I do have is the fact that to this day I have never received the golf balls that you should after your fit.

    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for your post and glad to hear everything is going great with the clubs and bag.  Regarding the balls that weren't delivered, I can check this out for you.  First thing is to make sure you ordered your clubs through the account that made the booking.  We only supply the golf balls if the order is placed through the account that made the booking.  If this was the case, can you reply with where you bought them and what was the reference number from your fit was, and i can get them sorted.

    Hi there

    My last fitting was for my new irons and two fairway woods this is when I didn't receive the balls . I am booked in for a fit on the new SM5 Wedges . Not sure of the reference number but all my bookings are done through Ian Luntz at Creigau Golf Club in Cardiff.
