Having received my sleeve of test balls I have played 6 rounds with them. After playing three holes I found that the ball sounded hard off the club face but there was no hard feeling, which I found strange, even my partner commented on the sound of club on ball. But the ball flew straight and true, with a medium ball flight and plenty of carry, even in these colder conditions. Judging the total distance was difficult as there was very little run, but the carry was certainly better than my current Titleist ball. Around the green the ball reacted well to chip & run, lofted chips and from the bunker, not that I can say much about bunkers as I have only been in one since using the new ball. The ball stops well from 125 to short shots around the green and feels very nice off the putter face with a very nice roll on the green. Overall I thought the test ball was a big improvement over my current ball, and have hidden one of them away to use in the warmer conditions, can't wait. I would score this ball high in all departments of the game, including the surface resiliency, as after 6 rounds with one ball, the surface is still in very good condition. My only negative is the sound off the club face, but even that I have grown accustom to.
