    Edinburgh,

Just felt the need to post... been registered a while but after getting fitted for AP1s last week (and subsequently ordering) I'm now very close to actually being in Team Titleist and can't wait for the irons to arrive and start playing them!

Fitting experience for the irons was fantastic and I'd encourage everyone to do it. I can see me getting fitted through the bag now, SM6 in the spring maybe....

    Officially addicted :D

    Edinburgh,

Thanks, it was in Edinburgh and a similar story to what people say all the time, just brilliant.

I've been fitted before, once at a big box store that was basically just getting measured and hitting a few makes within budget, once at a local pro who had a good range and several fitting carts and was I happy with that, but even tho the Titleist experience was single brand, the options and knowledge are so comprehensive, I don't feel I've missed out at all. I've got the best for me and didn't leave thinking "I should go try xxx or yyy now".

I think the fact that there's zero obligation to buy, and it's not a sales pitch, was also .great. I liked that Graham was obviously only looking to get the best for me, not what was best for Titleist revenues (my options were all no upcharge).

Based on the experience, I'll definitely be back and would recommend it for anyone/everyone.

    Edinburgh,

Arrived last thurs, couldn't be happier.

Std apart from half inch longer, AMT 300R shafts and Lamkin grips

Really pleased they had the lamkins as I'm a big fan and nice to have the colour options as well (might upset the traditionalists but I think they look great in the red).

Have already spent far too long with the 2016 catalogue trying to decide on a bag..... :)

How are you finding the new clubs, are they going well and helping you to improve, I've played a few rounds with mine now and wish I'd made the move to Titleist sooner! 2016 is looking to be a good year!

    Edinburgh,

Really enjoying them (though 95% range at the mo). The feedback through impact is much better than anything I've played before and pure strike (a very rare event!!) feels fantastic and the forgiveness is great, playable results from all but the worst shots. I'm going to get the gw in the same spec as well. The lofts of these are very similar to my last set and as I've always played 48, 54, 60, having a matching 47 appeals as I'll tend to play closer to full shots with that. Then maybe see about a fitting with an eye on 52, 58 sm6... :)
