Ap3 Irons, wrong shafts

  1. Hi everyone, hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction! I have bought a set of Ap3 Irons, 4-pw with ns pro 880 amc stiff shafts. Got them delivered today but they have arrived with regular shafts, shop I bought from say regular were ordered, but I know I ordered stiff as I always play stiff and this is what I got fitted for at Carton House! what are my options, guy says he isnt taking them back. Can I send to Titleist myself or what can I do? Thanks in advance.

    I'd get the guy you bought them off to take them back, unless you've used them, sounds like it was his mistake, do you have any email evidence of your order or was it over the phone?
    If you cant get the seller to move on it I'd report him to Trading Standards, you have rights, sometimes you have to "get out of your pram a bit" to get them
    I'm sure Titleist would reshaft them for you but probably at cost.

    I guess that the order you placed was verbal? Sounds like the shop messed up and isn't willing to admit it. As you've said you play stiff so why would you have ordered regular?!

    Not sure what the options with Titleist are but hopefully someone will be able to help.

    Yes I got that thanks. it looks like where I bought them follows TT as the manager has replied and admitted their mistake.
    if I don't get any you I will let u know

    Surprising what a positive effect a bit of discussion on social media can have, I hope it all gets sorted for you. I'd ask them to throw in a dozen ProV1s as well to compensate for the anxiety they've caused you!
  8. Glad it seems to have been sorted...
    I generally get fitted, the fitter fills out the order.
    As well as being hugely enjoyable, it takes any misunderstanding out of the equation.

    Shop where you bought them should’ve sorted it as soon as you complained.
