I have an issue with a Titleist carry bag I recently bought. And spoke to the retailer
I bought it from over the phone as I bought it inline.
They have informed me that I need to take it to my local Titleist stockest and they will deal with it.
Is this the correct way to get this sorted
This doesn’t seem right to me.
Surely the responsibility lies with the pro shop I bought it for.
Be great for some feedback on this
