Well done Scott!

I had my best round since my return, shooting an 82 off an 18 handicap (sss69). Problem was, I was playing in the Winter League 4BBB comp off 90% handicap, whilst my regular partner was sunning it up in the Caribbean! The score would have won the November stableford the week before and given my handicap a long overdue chop but plying by myself I only came 17th and it’s a non-quali ‍♂️

I had the same feeling in a winter league match. Would have had 40 points standing on the 17th tee, but dormie 2 down. My partner had managed to halve one hole, when I had a tap in to do the same, before halving 17 for a 2&1 loss. . Ended up with a 7, 8 finish to shoot 84 (SSS 69).

I'd be grateful just to set foot on a golf course!!
For the record, my course was closed again.... Not surprising as it rained cats & dogs all night and carried on until this afternoon. Seems it's due to freeze tonight, so I imagine temps will be the order of the day if it's open at all.

Cheers tommyI knew I was on a good score as was playing match play and winning almost every hole but I didn’t look at the score until I birdied the 18th.
Looking forward to possibly the worst round next you know how it goes

Just one of those rounds LukeI’ve been driving really well for the last few weeks but that day the irons were behaving and I didn’t loose a ball which Always helps

Great round... What were you using to track your stats?

I use an app called golf shot.great app tracks scores,stats,drive distances and is your gps for course it will also handicap you off you allow Great app wouldn’t be without it
