Dear Team Titleist
I’m a bit helpless and hope that you can give me some help or suggestion
Last April I bought a 4up Stadry bag from justshopok.com. After playing in August some rounds in moderate rain, I realized the bag was letting some water through and flooded the pockets. As having a one-year warranty on water resistance, I reported to justshopok.com who then (after some weeks) arranged the pickup of the bag – this was mid-September.
Since then I’m waiting for a reply from Titleist (that’s at least what justshopok.com telling me). I keep pushing justshopok.com weekly, but nothing happens, when they reply they keep telling me that Titleist has not given them any reply yet.
I find it really hard to believe that Titleist is not giving a reply for such long time, so wanted to ask if someone of you can give some help or investigate
