  1. Hi Team

I recently had a 10 minute session on a putting camera setup called qiuntec, this was showing I was getting backspin with my putter with an ascending path which led to a bit too much skip ect. does anyone here have any tips on reducing backspin numbers when putting without having to change putter??

    Thanks

  2. When I was having lessons on quintic I had my loft knocked down by 1.5 degrees which brought my spin down to an optimum level. Might be worth looking into

Did the guys with Qunitec not give you any pointers? Have a look at TXG on YouTube they did a putter fitting on quintec, about 45 minutes so it might give you some answers or ideas.

  4. Thanks Kyle and ant I’ll look that up The man with quintec didn’t give me much,he said he liked my stroke ect but I get too much back spin and skid on the putt!! I’m pretty sure I’ll get more info ect if I pay for a few more sessions it I just wanted to see wht I there’s knew about back spin in regards to putting ect as the quintec man seemed to say that in his experience Scotty Cameron putters produce this sort of spin !! Love my Scotty don’t wanna change it and I putt fairly well I just look to improve wherever I can

Slightly tilt the putter forward , that might help

This works, it starts the ball on a forward roll.

Just make sure to not lean the club too far forward or the ball will pop up when you hit it.
