    With the amount of Golf we can play limited due to course closures, what else are you all doing to keep yourself active?

    I love cycling and spend my exercise allowance time heading out on my road bike or through some local trails on my mountain bike, keeps me fit and active and also great for exploring. I also have a dog which I walk for 5 miles a day which is a great form of exercise and again great for exploring.

    I’m trying to go out on my bike but I’m the kinda guy that needs to do it as soon as I’m up or it just doesn’t happen........same with the dumbbells I have ........
  3. Well I have said from January I wanted to start running. Yesterday I bought a running iPhone holder so hopefully that will get me started.

    Just returned from the local field though. Hit a few 7 irons felt good but not the same as pin hunting.

    I like fishing and cleaning cars, if I’m not working on the golf course or play golf. ️‍♂️
  5. On non-golf days I go for a walk round Sunlight but that's it.
    I don't have time for all the activities you've listed - I'm retired!!

    I’ve been running 5K 2/3 times a week but slowing down a little now to 1/2 times a week and eating well.

    I used to run a lot and wanted to get back into but have only managed fits and starts. I have walked quite a lot though.

    I also used to be massively into road cycling but gave it up about 3 years ago as I got sick of taking my life into my hands every time I went out! Scary these days!
