  1. How is everyone at team Titleist doing during lockdown also what are we all doing to stay ready for when we can get back on the golf course?

I have used it as a chance to regrip all my clubs, replace spikes in shoes. All those little tasks that I usually struggle for time to do. Also a bit of retail therapy. Bought a new Titleist Premium Carry Bag to use once lockdown is over.

I’ve been keep my fitness up.

Been running 5K 3 days a week, also I’ve just been using a lob wedge in the garden hitting 20/30 balls into a bucket 10 yards away.

Pretending it to be a landing zone.

Was to late buying a net so just been swinging into fresh air keeping the swing a active.
  4. Evening just watched the recent update so hopefully golf will resume soon albeit playing with family.

To try and keep the swing on plane, I’ve been down the footy field hitting 7,9,PW.

Was thinking of getting a net but not sure if it worth it now.

I was the same regarding a Net. Going to leave it now.

I had to take some lake balls over the field as it’s all over grown grass so I’ll let the dogs find them

Looks like clubs in England have been given the go ahead to open on the 13th but I think this has come as a surprise to many as no one at my club today!

They will need to get the whole thing organised if they are to avoid fines or being shut down. I've seen an article that 10 minute tee times for single players with the course open 10 hours per day is 420 rounds per week!

I've volunteered to help out with starter or other duties if needed, well at least I'll be out the house and at the course.

During lockdown I've not had a net so just chipping in the garden with Pro V's and pitching and some full shots with wedges and 8 iron using foam balls up against a wall. I was so concerned of wear on my wedges I found an old png Eye2 sand wedge and used that for a while (looks took some getting used to).

Play Safe and Keep Safe ...except in Scotland, Wales and NI (you'll be back soon)
  7. Hi
My club said in e-mail that they would be ready to go at short notice as soon as they were given go-ahead subject to the distancing / one -two ball rules -clubhouse closed etc
Green staff have been kept working so course ready -just the clubhouse staff furloughed
Hopefully get a game in this week -haven’t played since July last year so will be extremely rusty
