Still waiting on warranty

  1. Has anyone recently sent their bag back on a warranty and had it back yet. I sent my new titleist tour bag away on a warranty issue back in late January and still haven't had it returned. it went back directly to Titleist themselves who said they would replace it free of charge but I still haven't received it. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat

    Not usually an issue with Titleist - Customer Service is usually brilliant - but with staff only going back this week, there will no doubt be a time lag. Club orders seem to be working on a 30 day delay from the return to work, though I've no idea where that figure came from, but it was in these TT threads!

    Normally, Luke or one of the TT staff would look into it for you but I suspect that they aren't back yet as they haven't been posting since the lockdown.

  3. I understand with pandemic there has been delays but the bag went in on the 26th January had it less than 2 months and one of the large zips broke sent in heard nothing back should of mentioned the date that it went in
