I currently have 3 golf bags; Titleist premium pencil pag, Titleist stand bag and Titleist cart bag.

I'm thinking of changing the stand and cart bags and thinking of getting the Hybrid 14 bag. I only use a trolley a few times a year as prefer to use the pencil bag when it's dry and sunny (we do sometimes get that in Scotland). I use the stand bag/cart when it's raining or the ground is wet/damp

How is the hybrid 14 as a carry bag? I do notice that it is a bit heavier than a standard stand bag but i like that it's also suitable as a cart bag

    Any feedback would be appreciated

I have found it to be a good bag, the versatility is great. I flit between carrying and the trolley now. It’s not too heavy, and much easier to take to the practice ground than a cart bag.

I had the hybrid and it’s a great bag I just found it a bit heavy with all my gear in it at around the 14th hole......but I really should have emptied the pockets and not carry so much crap in it.....loved the dividers though and big pockets very sturdy in the wind aswell.
  4. James,
I didn't find it very comfortable to carry, though that might just be my dimensions!
Never seemed to get the straps organised comfortably - always fiddling with them
Don't get me wrong, I love the bag; it has the required 14 slots and plenty of storage on board - I just didn't like it as a carry bag.
I'm currently carrying a StaDry 4+ and that's perfectly comfortable.
Have reluctantly banished the Hybrid14 to the trolley.

I'm now thinking of the staDry cart bag and the Titleist carbon bag
  6. James,
I've determined not to buy any bag that's not StaDry from now on due to the UK weather (it's lashed down here all weekend and all today - shows no sign of stopping either!)
Sort of rules out the carbon bag for me but I see where you're going with this.
