Hi All,
I just placed an order with Scottsdale Golf via website for 2 more SM8 Jet Black custom fit wedges. I clicked on the Jet Black page and went through the order detail and paid and when I got the confirmation email through it showed they were Tour Chrome finish not Jet Black.
I did check the order before submitting but I'd clicked on Jet Black so I was focused more on the lie / loft / grind etc.
I've emailed Scottsdale within 10 mins of the confirmation email as they do not have a phone service running due to Covid but no response. The emails are all saying that once an order is placed it cannot be changed, added to or cancelled.
I've also reached out to Titleist customer services to get a view, but I'm concerned as I didn't order or want Tour Chrome as my set is all black (Black AP2's / 2 x Jet Black SM8's) and I really don't want to be stuck with these. I cannot see how an order cannot be changed or cancelled within 10 mins of placing.
I am pretty sure Titleist are closed at the weekend so the order will not be on the system until Monday. Also with the delays on clubs at the moment, I really cannot see it being made first thing Monday morning.
I still want the clubs, just with a Jet Black finish not Tour Chrome.
Has anyone got any experience or advice on how to get this order changed / cancelled ???
