  1. I just replaced my AP3 48 wedge with a vokey 50 12 F

I’ve got to say I loved my 48 gap but the vokey 50 is so much more versatile

And hardly any difference in distance

Anyone else ditched there A wedge for a vokey

  2. Rhys,
I went in the other direction!
    I had 718 AP2/3's 5 to P (46*) with a 50*, 56* & 62* Vokey SM7 wedge set up.
Moved on to T200's this year and went 5 to 48* with the intention of moving to SM9's for wedges.
    I have done this, going for the 52*F 08 & 60* M 08.

My reasoning was very similar to yours.. but in my world, I found the 50* didn't pull its weight... so it's out the bag.
I'm much happier with the 52* (though I do miss the 56* in this set-up)
Good luck with your new direction

I’m still using my trusty AP2s with a 50, 54, 58 wedge set up. It works for me and the courses I play.

Picking what wedges to sit in the bag is something I’ve struggled with as my T300’s pw is 43 & aw is 48.
    I have vokeys at 48,50,52,56 and 60.
Do replace the t300 48 with the vokey?
    Then where do I go?
My set up is driver, 5 wood, 4 hybrid then 4-aw irons and my scotty and never sure of what wedges to stick in.

Have to say I prefer the 48 t200 than the vokey 48. Looking at changing my 52 vokey for a 54 or getting my own bent to 53.
