    The chevron open will be at the woodlands shortly may have to go for a day especially as it is only 15 miles from my house

    I made a trip to see Kupcho be the last to jump into Poppies Pond. Just came back home from seeing rookie Grace Kim get her first victory in only her 3rd event! LPGA is fantastic to watch, they're soo accurate. Sad to see such a huge part of LPGA history gone, but excited that Chevron has invested so much into women's golf. They've almost doubled the prize money over Ana Inspiration.

    The Nicklaus course at Carlton Woods, where they are playing, is absolutely amazing.

    Sorry to see a 50 year tradition end at the "Dinah", but I guess that It's the price of progress. I know that it's still a major for the LPGA so hopefully it will take and have that major vibe. Glad to see that the Champions Tour took over at Rancho Mirage and I think they will do well there. The players really seemed to like it.
